The waiting staff is ve... read more When I am in Bacau, I visit this lovely cafe almost daily. I find it very hard to realize why it has bad reviews. The coffees are great. The waiting staff is very polite, they will always offer a glass of bottled water with your espresso, not tap. Mind! They will not object to any special request you may have. Want more coffee for a stronger latte macchiato? No problem. I usually go for coffee and Nutella croissant which is freshly made and always plenty to go around. If I'm really hungry I will also opt for a mortadella and cheese sandwich, lightly toasted. Sometimes I have business partners from abroad coming, whom at most times I take to Roma for morning coffee and treats. It has always been a very pleasurable experience for them. Massimo, the owner, is very friendly and will always be up for a proper chat and a laugh about food, coffees, or anything for that matter. Best in town for me. Not to forget mentioning: top value for money

The waiting staff is very polite, they will always offer a glass bottle of water with your espresso, do not tap. Understood! You do not object to any special request you may have. Would you like more coffee for a stronger Latte Macchiato? No problem. I usually go for coffee and Nutella Croissant, which is made fresh and always a lot to go. Cornetti forse scadenti, personale POCO professionale(erano in tre,però troppo impegnati a parlare tra di loro), lunga attesa (anche se c'erano pochi tavoli). C'è di meglio proprio nei dintorni di Roma caffé.
