Only the amount of packaging waste was somewhat disturbing. Perhaps there is an alternative for a corresponding fee.

The vegetable plate consisted of overcooked vegetables, where the only thing left to add was salt. At least the potato dumplings were good. My standards as a vegetarian in traditional German restaurants are very low, but compared to the other dishes, this was extremely disappointing. You didn't even toast the pine nuts?? Next time, I'll just order side dishes. I was so sad when I got the food; I almost cried. Please don't put things like this on your menu. People who don't or can't) eat meat have feelings and taste buds too. :

The asparagus cream soup was very creamy, but it clearly lacked asparagus flavor – lots of cream, little substance. The Spätzle were also disappointing: very pale, overcooked in my opinion, and rather bland. The cream sauce was more like a simple cream sauce – it lacked depth and flavor. I would like to commend the side salad, which was fresh and well-balanced. As for the service, I must say it was very pleasant and friendly – no complaints there. However, there was one point that I consider absolutely unacceptable: Around 5:45 p.m., there was a strong feeling that we should leave soon. They were frantically packing up and cleaning, which created an unpleasant atmosphere – even though they officially close at 6:00 p.m. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable and casts a shadow on the otherwise good service. Therefore, only 4 out of 5 stars overall.
