Not only did the order arrive after 1hour and 20minutes but also the order was wrong after calling several times with no answer the guy finally answered without even acknowledging his mistake and told me he has to ask his manager if he can send the accurate order and will call me back to confirm, of course he never called back to update me. Poor service with no training on customer service!!
