The r... read more I now understand why this restaurant was empty—it must have changed ownership! I ordered food for a party, and I was extremely embarrassed by the quality. The rice was just plain steamed sticky rice, and the potato salad tasted old. To make matters worse, I wasn't even given a receipt. When I asked for one, I was told it couldn't be printed. The next day, when I returned to request my receipt, I was surprised to see the same girl from the night before, Melissa, who once again couldn’t print one. She ended up hand-writing a receipt and adding a little chicken stamp for fun! I don’t think I’ll be returning to this place for food anytime soon!

We ordered the mini pack, as usual, but I noticed an unusual smell coming from the potato salad. Since we’re regulars here, I trusted it and didn't think much of it. Unfortunately, the next day we both came down with diarrhea. When I opened the leftover potato salad to take a look, I tasted it and found it to be completely sour.

It d... read more I am absolutely disappointed. What is going on here? I ordered chicken nachos from this Juan Pollo restaurant, and what I received is shown in the picture. It didn't match what was advertised on the menu. The menu promised toppings like tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and all the good stuff. When my child asked the employee what was included in the chicken nachos, she informed him that "the sauces are on the side," but we only received one sauce for all those nachos. I then approached her myself and pointed out that what we got looked nothing like what was portrayed on the menu. This disrespectful young lady replied, "Well, it's not going to look exactly the same as the menu," and added, "We're out of cheese, that’s why," after we had already paid. I told her, "You should have mentioned that beforehand." Instead of addressing my concerns, she completely ignored us and focused on her phone. I strongly advise against visiting this Juan Pollo, especially with this young lady working there, as she'll only ruin your experience.
