The atmosphere was friendly, and the bartender was excellent. The prices were very reasonable. I also had the pleasure of tasting some exceptional Puerto Rican food prepared by a gentleman named Raymond. At just $8 for a plate, it was a fantastic deal and absolutely worth it!
