Description
**A Tantalizing Taste Adventure at Flames BBQ**
Flames BBQ offers a mix of experiences that keep diners talking. Many rave about the mouthwatering brisket poppers, pulled pork, and even the standout bacon-wrapped shrimp, with flavors that evoke heartfelt nostalgia. The inviting atmosphere encourages guests to linger, especially with live music adding to the vibe. However, some diners have noted inconsistencies with service and food quality. While the brisket and ribs can sometimes appear tough or dry, the attentive staff and overall ambiance seem to redeem the experience. With potential improvements, Flames BBQ looks primed for a promising future in the competitive dining scene.

Let me tell you something I've been to a lot of barbecues all over this great state of texas. This place had the best pulled pork and bacon wrapped shrimp I've had in my life.. If you want to groove on down to some pretty food that makes you want toslap your mama this is the place to be. Food was great not dry full of juice and mackey sheese and mashy taters were on thespot. Came back the same week had some more food and all all I could say was God Bless Texas and Flames barbecue. Make ya dayfresh.
Our server, Kylie was fantastic! Brisket sandwich was excellent! Hubby had chicken friend steak and he enjoyed it! Brisket Mac and cheese, oh my! Can?t wait to go back and enjoy a live band and some desserts! Hopefully bananas pudding. ???? Update, the dessert is good!!!! That smoked peach cobbler, delicious.????
Sooo... I have worked in the restaurant industry and always took pride in serving great food. When I went here we were greeted by our host Jess. I loved it. Then there was a guy on stage singing and he also was great. Our waiter was nice enough but coulddefinitely use some guidance. Food came out wrong and warm. Ribs were dry. This place definitely has potential but I'm thinkingthe over is trying to run it or has hired a manager that truly doesn't get the assignment. Honestly with new management and ahead chef that takes pride this place will stay open. But I don't see it lasting another year.
Cleaned the place up. Food didn't have a taste. The brisket poppers were good. We were here at 5:00 pm Sunday and it wasn't that busy but it seemed the server was struggling. Would of been nice to get a water refill. It stinks when you watch the staff andit seems the staff is trying to pace each other regarding the workload.
BEWARE horrible terrible restaurant!!ordered: BBQ and fries, coleslaw.Received: Boiled meat with brown sweet and sour sauce, not BBQ, soggy fries, and tough red cabbage. And to top it off: THE FREAKING Girl at the register added her own tip of $4!I wish the scale went below 1 star.BEWARE, 2 slices of boiled meat ,not BBQ and the obligatory tip, never again......
