O... read more I visited this restaurant three times recently. The first time, the chicken was greasy and mostly consisted of small pieces. The second visit was also greasy. On my third visit, I paid $34.00 for 10 pieces of chicken and received no rolls. I had to request better pieces due to my previous experiences. This was in Azle, and I used to love Kentucky Fried Chicken, but not anymore.

I ordered online and arrived five minutes after the scheduled pickup time, only to find my order wasn't ready. I was told to wait out front and that I was the second order to go out. I sat there for 30 minutes, watching three other orders go out before someone finally came out to tell me they were out of extra crispy chicken and asked if I would accept the original recipe instead. I was quite frustrated since they had the same issue in the past. After waiting another 10 minutes, I decided to cancel my order, but was told I couldn't do that and had to call a different number. I also mentioned to the manager that I'd been told I was the second order, and he implied that the cashier must not have said that, essentially calling me a liar. I ended up waiting over another 20 minutes just to speak to someone on the phone to cancel my order. I won’t be coming back!

Half the time the doors to the res... read more So I've gone there numerous times thinking I was just catching them on an off day .. however, they are consistently terrible. Half the time the doors to the restaurant are pad locked shut and the other half they don't even acknowledge you when you can get in. I mean this literally, I stood there for 10 minutes once and had to walk out because nobody ever even greeted me or told ne they'd be a minute. I avoid the place altogether ow because its simply not worth the headache.

We had our order door dashed to us and there was absolutely no dipping sauces with our order and we got the $20 fill up box with nuggets and fries regular chick... read more We had our order door dashed to us and there was absolutely no dipping sauces with our order and we got the $20 fill up box with nuggets and fries regular chicken and biscuits which comes with like 4 or 5 dipping sauces and didn't any not even ketchup or honey and our food was completely cold by time it arrived not to mention KFC already called us back and said it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before delivered because they had to make fresh biscuits and when we called to for our dipping sauces/ complain they're sorry there's nothing they can do about it another words we're SOL and sorry bout your bad luck is basically what the manager told us.... They have great customer service and even better food.... JK Don't eat here y'all it's a waste of time money and patience.

The chicken looked and tasted... read more I travel frequently and am a fan of KFC, but this location was the worst I've ever encountered. It really needs to be closed down. The chicken looked and tasted old, the biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks, and the coleslaw was extremely dry. The mashed potatoes tasted burnt, and we ordered the 16-piece family meal. I won't be coming back here again.
