We enjoy rustic meals but this was rather too rustic. Food was very good but outside eating area was a bit smelly… odd sort of domestic farmyard area… several dogs around.. all very friendly and geese, chickens, goat etc. House menus good value going a la carte not so great. Local wine is good and we started with a Kir de maison (at €3) — a La carte total was €84 for 2 which felt a lot compared with more conventional restaurants in the locality…advice : don’t go off piste!
An interesting restaurant to visit as the entrance requires a walk through the barnyard complete with geese, chickens and ducks. The menu on offer is limited but very tasty, the legume postage was very filling and well prepared. Well worth a visit for its quaintness.
This place offers authentic rural cuisine. Very tasty. There are alot of animals about. Many dogs about inside, so if this bothers you best not come. I counted two German shepherds, two dashounds, and a wippit! All friendly and the Shepards have won many awards with their ribbons displayed around the restaurant. I first came here in 2016 and now back again in 2023. Vegetarian options: Goat cheese salad Wheelchair accessibility: Outside is without obstacles, a step and threshold to get inside
An atypical setting, you are on the farm and eaten in the company of animals. A warm welcome from André. The cuisine is very good, well presented, plentiful and based on fresh produce, for excellent value for money.
