It was waiters ' mistake not to included it in overall bill and the manager insisted to pay...in here did not apply the principle the customer is always right . Don 't go to this site in Claveria on saturday around mid-day, seems that customers will not be right.
La Casa de Toño used to be a small local restaurant specializing in pozole, but over 30 years has grown into a full-blown restaurant chain with over 20 restaurants across Mexico City. This was the first one. In my opinion, they have managed the difficulties of growing so fast quite well. Their service is fast and efficient, and the food is among the best I can remember from a chain restaurant anywhere. Prices are decent too. If I had to have one criticism, is that they completely sacrificed ambience for efficiency (never before have I seen all the waiters in a restaurant communicating via hands-free walkie talkies); this has made them a favorite among office workers, for whom time is limited and -let's be honest- are not the most sofisticated of crowds. However, if you're hungry and all that matters to you is getting good, tasty mexican food quickly and at a decent price, think no further.
