Chilli Tonight - Ayr

I got a dinner in the other night. the staff was very friendly. I have a 10 sharp chicken pizza and wow. the best pizza I've ever tasted from far away, I didn't want it to end. freshly made there and then and did not have to wait long. I would highly recommend!

It was OK but I feel the standards are slipping a little .

Order was cold after 1 minute, wasn't cooked, gave me the wrong meal, very unsanitary. Don't recommend. Didn't even give receipt or refund.

I ordered from just eat and they said it would take 40 minutes to arrive. It arrived 3 hours late and stone cold. Very unhappy with this order.

If I could give them a 0, I would after tonight's fiasco. Ordered online via Just Eat. Paid for extra pakora sauce since we had ordered mixed pakora. Order arrived, minus said sauce but, with poppadoms instead? 30quid order so maybe a wee freebie we thought? Anyway, called to let them know they hadn't delivered the sauce...small thing, yes but I had paid for it and pakora is dry without sauce,let's face it. Phoned them and they claimed they'd put poppadoms in instead...because obvs sauce and poppadoms are the same? What? Anyway, when I asked could they bring the sauce round (being they are less than a quarter of a mile away and I had paid 2 quid for delivery) they said yes but they wanted their poppadoms back. Eh ok? Can't resell them but want them back out of spite because I asked for what I had paid for? I have ordered from them for years.Spend a fortune and that is how they treat customers? Won't be back. Mistakes happen but to then be spiteful towards a loyal customer? No. Not on. Disappointing.
