Despite having a booking, still waited outside for 10 minutes to be seated. Service was extremely slow, that is not the fault of the actual servers. There just aren’t enough of them. Employ more staff, get people served and out quicker, avoid queues and disappointment. Especially on the September weekend which I assume is one of the busiest times of the season. View all feedback.
Service slow, menu limited as it ran from most options. Cocktail menu was also limited as it ran out of most ingredients. I ordered a starter and one side since they did not have what I wanted, and it came burned out and the chips saw everything but fresh.
Need more staff during busy periods , service took too long to order drinks , food arrived and was not was advertised on the menu items missing and burnt . Staff pleasant but definitely more staff needed on a very busy resort. Not happy with the experience.

Sub par food that was barely warm when served. Did have half the menu on. Loud and uncomfortable atmosphere. Servers were worked off their feet. Only plus is that it's on the caravan site and there is nothing else in walking distance.
Went here 2 days in a row. First visit we waited over 45 mins for a table as they over booked the place. Eventually sat down and every meal we ordered was unavailable. Eventually after going through about 5 meals that weren't available we had something we didn't want in the first place. Service was slow, communication poor, staff service atrocious. 3 Kids were unhappy as they only wanted one thing off the menu. Again unavailable. 2 days later we went for breakfast, the waitress told us there was no tables available. As you can see from the pictures the place was empty. Again half the menu unavailable. The best comment from the waitress was that there is no scrambled eggs but we have fried eggs lol. I actually couldn't be bothered having an argument with them it was that bad. Avoid at all costs. Service is the worst I've ever seen in my life.
