I went this morning, (even tipped), and once again my order was wrong and my latte tasted burnt. Pretty sure they used iced coffee and not espresso. Won't be going back. Thank God for the king st location in Littleton that remade it with no issue!
If I'm spending $299 on bacon, I expect more than just five half slices.
This Dunkin' has really declined lately. I've been visiting this location for the past two years, and I've never had worse experiences than I have in the last couple of months. The staff has been incredibly rude and unmotivated. This was the last straw for me. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, and this is what I received. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely horrible customer service. How you gonna have 7 people working, no one in lobby aside from myself, and only 2 cars in drive thru and completely ignore the customer at the counter. Didn’t even order. Ended up walking out. Instead of talking about your weekend maybe learn to do your job!! Worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. And these folks think they deserve $15+ per hour? Service: 1
