Absolutely horrible customer service. How you gonna have 7 people working, no one in lobby aside from myself, and only 2 cars in drive thru and completely ignore the customer at the counter. Didn’t even order. Ended up walking out. Instead of talking about your weekend maybe learn to do your job!! Worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. And these folks think they deserve $15+ per hour? Service: 1
Blow away with the service and quality of my order and experience this morning, drive thru line was 6 deep, and it mooved very quickly and efficiently with minimal wait times between each order placed. When receiving my beverage and food, both came out as ordered and at the appropriate temperature. Thanks, dunks, for starting my morning off on the right foot! Strong work! These folks usually make the best Dunks coffee in the area. I prefer this Dunks over any that are within all the surrounding towns. My Iced coffees and hot coffees from this Dunks always taste better. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
