Taco Bell - Ayer

I went in to order as usual. I sat down to eat, and not sure if the manager knew I was there, but she was screaming at employees talking negatively about an employee that walked out. My problem here is lack of professionalism and how she stood there and gaslighted a bunch of kids. I'll never go back here and be sure to take things to corporate to file a complaint. I was embarrassed to even be there. A manager is supposed to help employees and provide a safe workplace. Would give this place negative stars if I could, I understand it’s not necessarily the employees fault but I ordered through the app, 15 minutes after I orders they told me at the drive through they weren’t accepting any more orders, my food is already paid for, and they are prioritizing mobile orders. I was told it would be an additional 25 minute wait, meanwhile the workers are just smoking weed in their car. DO NOT COME TO THIS TACO BELL EVER. Only allow you to order from thr app half the time, which doesn't work half the time. Additionally, the staffers will get upset if you are on thr property using they app that they tell you to use to place an order. There's a McD's and a Wendy's nearby, and this Taco Bell does their advertising for them. Been there (Ayer Mass many times. Flavor and quality of ingredients is great, but preparation can be very spotty. Examples: Grilled Chicken Chipotle Ranch burritos, dozens so far, some are filled, some not so much. Some are grilled a lot, some not so much. Some have Chipotle only at one end, some have Chipotle at each end but not the middle. Last order was 4 rolled chicken tacos. These come with a small tub of spicy ranch sauce or another sauce of your choice. I asked for the default spicy ranch sauce and clearly said 'both of them ' to the clerk. One sauce was off flavor, probably Avocado (I like avocado but hey, what did I request? . I eat at home, 35 minutes after picking up the order, so I 'm not going back the the store. I 'll count this as a small error, but remember, one of many assembly issues. Service is rather slow, but I keep in mind that the items are prepared to order. Parking lot sucks time to repave it. Anytime I come through the drive thru, the lady always say we are only taking online order due to short staff but there is literally two people inside... one making food and the other to take the order??
