My husband and I went to this hotel for a one-night stay which included entries to the nearby spa (2 minutes by car) and a choice of three different meat-based... read more My husband and I went to this hotel for a one-night stay which included entries to the nearby spa (2 minutes by car) and a choice of three different meat-based fondues in the evening (chinoise, vigneronne or glareyarde). The welcome was warm and friendly. The room as well as the restaurant are tastefully decorated in an alpine style which we found very cozy and very detail oriented. Our only issue was with some of the service during dinner. One waitress was wonderful and very attentive. However, another waitress was spending more time talking to two of her friends at one table and basically ignoring other tables. She did not even greet us or present herself when she came to our table, basically just saying “Have you chosen?”. Moreover, the sommelier came to our table, arms crossed in front of him, not saying a word and then just staring at us, waiting for us to say good evening to him! We ordered a rather expensive bottle of wine which was unfortunately corked. When my husband pointed this out, the answer was “Are you sure?” As somebody who works in the hospitality industry, I found this behavior quite shocking and not a good reflection of the otherwise high quality of this hotel and restaurant.

CHF 1.50 difference between the normal pizza and the mini. Pizza not cooked, tasteless and covered in flour. The Princess pizza makes a great promise on paper, unfortunately on the plate, the ham is cut too thick, as for the cream, a ridiculous drop of liquid cream lies on the ham which is supposed to be raw.. We found this restaurant way overpriced for poor quality. Everything is to take away so no impression on the other dishes or the location and the service. The bottle of wine at 45. for take away also very limited.. Are you looking for a good pizzeria? Move on, you won't find it in this restaurant! With regret. The photo was added to support my claims! There were 4 of us that evening ordering pizza and we were able to get the diolinoir to take away!

Once you have “find our IP address”, don’t hesitate to ring! The online menu does not indicate the price of mini pizzas, this is information that we received by telephone but the price was not communicated to us. The unpleasant surprise! A difference of 1.50chf for half of a standard pizza! Once there we asked for a bottle of Diolinoir which was indicated at 32 CHF on the menu. The person told us that the 75CL bottle actually cost 45 CHF.
