But more importantly, the management and... read more We recently ate at L’essentiel and the food was delicious including the trout starte, onion soup etc. all exceptional. But more importantly, the management and personnel are accommodating and so thoughtful. They had steak off the menu and it had finished so they promised to order some for us on our next visit. Truly caring. We highly recommend
