Simply the WORST MEAL EVER! McDonalds feels like gourmet nearby La Cueva! Awful service, awful food we ordered puntillitas, ovas, revueltos, atun de cebolada, jamon iberico, presa. Some were impossible to eat, disgusting. Jamon and puntillitas eatable but loaded with greese. We simply run away after paying and 2h of a nightmare that we won’t forget!

Just stopped for a couple of coffees. Good service, clean loos, for €2.40 certainly can’t complain. Food looked good... maybe next time!

This place was really busy but we felt lucky to get a table. We sifted though the menu and had to ask for the menu of the day, actually we had to ask for the menu, for the table to be cleaned, to order... well that was ok until the drinks came.. I was served a glass of red wine as ordered in a used glass, lipstick and all. Absolutely disgusting. We asked to return this and I was brought a fresh glass but feel it was not a fresh serving of wine. Then the spaghetti Bolognese came Luke warm to cold. Pork Luke warm to a 12 year old! Food positioning comes to mind. Then the vegetarian salad which was explicitly explained no fish and no meat came with with tuna, sent this back and it came back with the tuna removed, not a fresh plate just removed. At this stage we lost it and paid for our drinks and left. So if you want some other persons glass to drink from, food poisoning and fish in your vegetarian food work away and eat here. For any other discerning person who likes life, wait at one of the other many restaurants.

Second visit here.... says it all. Good tapas no fuss good wine and excellent pricing . Just off the main square near the marina so not too crowded.... prawns in garlic, potatoes bravas and mojo sauce, paella and local cheese.... delicious

On a day visit to Ayomonte stopped here for lunch. Didn't want anything too heavy as it was too warm so opted for the mixed salad. Unfortunately it was the biggest dish of lettuce I've ever been presented with, quite a bit of tomato, some onion and corn and very little tuna. A bread roll in a packet accompanied it so wasn't terribly impressed, even some more tuna might have made it a little more appetising
