The pork and la... read more This is a wonderful restaurant with great Jamon Iberico, gambas (prawns), cheese and meat. Fabulous beef barbecued coated in salt. Unbelievable. The pork and lamb are equally as good. Huge selection of wine. Not expensive. An authentic Spanish restaurant frequented by discerning Spaniards.

If your priorities are smart decor and silver cutlery then this is is not for you. However, if you are after the finest quality ham from Andalucia, which in my opinion is the most delicious food item in the world then go there. The friendly owner is clearly an enthusiast and an expert in the local charcuterie and the food is to die for!

We tried a 30 euro bot... read more Oh my, this is the real Spain. The ham, cheese and Rioja is superb. Virtually every night (even after a meal) we had to go in. It is fab. We tried a 30 euro bottle of Rioja, but I have to say, the house Rioja at 6.50 euro is wonderful. Going back June and we can't wait.
