The drinks tasted like weak coffee, although they had th... read more I visited Dunkin’ today with my sisters to try the pumpkin spice latte, but we were quite disappointed. The drinks tasted like weak coffee, although they had the right color, which left us puzzled. All of them were pretty bland. The teenage girl making the drinks seemed uninterested in preparing them properly. When I asked if they could be remade, they both seemed annoyed but eventually did it—thanks to the woman who helped us. My sisters’ coffees turned out better, but mine still wasn’t right. When I requested a refund or a different drink, the teenage girl responded with an attitude, saying, “We can’t do anything about that.” I was upset because I usually just leave quietly, but since I paid for it, I spoke up. I’ve learned that if something isn’t right, you should say something. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this Dunkin’.

It struck me... read more I visited Dunkin' for breakfast and was surprised when the woman at the counter told me she wasn't making any sandwiches, bagels, or similar items. It struck me as unusual, but then I understood she was managing a "large order" by herself. This limited the menu options available at that time.
