When I looked at the variety of burgers and other meats I knew Culver's was a winner.The Shakes and the Lemon Crust Ice Cream were top flight.And the prices didn't make you squirm.I definitely will be a return customer. Also service with a smile.

Kids' meals are supposed to come with a frozen custard, but in most of my recent experiences, they haven't even mentioned it or asked me for my kids' flavors. Often, I don't even realize it until I'm almost home. Last night, we ordered through the drive-thru, including two kids' meals, and there was still no mention of the custards. When we got to the window, my husband asked if we were supposed to receive the custards, just to test the waters. The cashier confirmed we would, and after waiting for five minutes, we received our food—but no custards. I'm not sure if they're just too busy or indifferent, but this has happened too many times to think it's mere coincidence. Next time, we might try the Goodyear location a few miles away to see if their service is better.

I ordered a spicy chick... read more I went to pick up dinner at this location and it was fairly busy. This location has 3 spots to wait at once you have paid for your food. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and did not receive my fries and I didn 't notice until I got home. I was not going to drive back since I was hungry. I also ordered their mini pretzels which are delicious and their turtle ice cream which is also yummy. Not sure why they always make the ice cream order before you get your food. When I pulled up to the window to pay for my order, the ice cream was already made and had been sitting there and was melting. I asked the employee to make sure that the ice cream was not made until I received my food order because it melts quickly. She said, oh, okay I can do that for you since it is already melting so I am not sure why they do this. The turtle ice cream has hot fudge which melts your ice cream quickly and if you get it before your food it is just sitting in your car melting even more. The picture of my ice cream is from when I arrived home and it is only a seven minute drive. Imagine what it would be like if I had taken the first one they had made that was sitting there? I know it had been sitting there for a while because as soon as the guy in front of me paid for his food, the drinks and ice cream were sitting on the counter. They did remake the ice cream and it was brought out with my food, thankfully. Their food is delicious, just feel like this is one thing they should work on.

They have the best fast food on the market in my opinion, and I 've traveled everywhere from Maine to Las Vegas to Florida and quite a bit of in-between. Their pretzel bites are outstanding, and reminiscent of biting into afresh, still-warm-from-the-deep-fryer donut hole. Their salads and chicken sandwiches are way above par for fast food (check outtheir seasonal salad! . And seriously, do NOT leave without choosing one of a million ways to dress up their incredible frozencustard! Their customer service atmosphere might be a little lacking but that could be because of the cafeteria-style setting.It would be better if more of the Culver 's food-serving process could be done where the employees were unseen by the customer.However, they 've always been very friendly, and helpful when you have questions! Not only that, but they 're ready and willing tomake any customization you ask for, and said customization is correct when you get your order. You know, now that I thinkingabout it, I don 't think Culver 's has ever screwed up my order like every other fast food place does every single time! If youhaven 't checked out Culver 's, you 're missing out.

Maybe once in the recent visits have they actually mentioned and asked me what flavor I would like for my kids custards. Any other times theydon?t mention it and don?t even give you the custards. By the time I even remember or realize I?m almost home. Last night wewere there and we ordered at the drive thru, ordered our meals plus two kids meals. No mention of the custards at all. Get tothe window and my husband asked if we would be getting the custards with the kids meal, just as a test to see. The girl workingthe register said yes, asked us to pull forward and 5 minutes later we were brought out our food but no custards. Idk if they?rebusy, or just don?t care, but it?s happened way too many times to be just a coincidence or accidental. Next time we?d just go tothe Goodyear location a few miles over and see if they do any better.
