I don't know the names of the employees who were working, but one short female e... read more I would give this place one star. I visited around 8:25 PM on November 6, 2022. I don't know the names of the employees who were working, but one short female employee was quite rude to a kid with glasses at the front who was trying his best to take orders, while another employee was also doing their best. The female cashier kept asking about the orders that customers were waiting for. My burrito was cold, they forgot my quesadilla, and there was a lack of communication overall. Food was scattered all over the counter, and the salsa was mixed with different items. The service was terrible.

Additional... read more I placed a mobile order for a kids’ meal chicken quesadilla, but I received it without any cheese, and the chicken was on the side instead of inside. Additionally, the side of fruit I ordered was missing, and they forgot to include the drink I had purchased. On top of that, I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes beyond the expected completion time. I’m really frustrated because I ended up paying for something I can’t eat, and I didn’t receive everything I ordered. Customer support has been unhelpful, and all I want is a refund or a complimentary remake since it’s already late in the day. Overall, the customer service I experienced was mediocre at best.

Short female employee was being rude to the kid with glasses in the front , trying his best to get the orders done, as wellas the other employee was trying his best to. The other female employee that was doing the cashier , she ask for orders thatcustomers were waiting on. My burrito was cold, they forget about my quesadilla, no communication. This one however was not go... read more I have been to many Chipotle?s and have never been dissatisfied with the food. They have been pretty much the same across the board. This one however was not good! Rice was not cooked properly and tasted like plain white rice. Green salsa was completelydifferent. Had big chunks of onion and tasted like it was missing ingredients. Barbacoa was super fatty. Guacamole tasted likeoverripe avacodos and was not seasoned well. Will not return to this Chipotle!!
