The prices at this underground location are roughly 30% higher than other Subway locations in the area, and they do not accept coupons. A note to the owner: Subway sandwiches are not worth $14. We won't be returning to this location.
Maybe new owners? Not sure but something has changed for the worst. Subway is not the go to place for subs. Jerseys mikes or Firehouse are much better choices. Subway is ok with coupons or deals. If they don't accept the coupons then the subpar service and ok food is not worth it. I asked what is different on the new Italian sub and they said it's the same. The store has signs all over about the new Italian BMT. I know good help is hard to find but this was the manager or owners family. I'll take my money elsewhere.
They had order ready to go, I had ordered wrong drink they took care of me and helped me get back to my crazy day and helped make my lunch a lot less crazy. Thank you so much !!
In conclusion, I've noticed a consistent issue at this restaurant. While I understand the challenges of managing a short-staffed team, I can't help but question why they would choose to close 15 minutes early. It feels like a lack of effort rather than a legitimate reason, and it's disappointing.
This is probably one of the better Subways I've been to. The food is always fresh, the interior is clean, and the staff is friendly. We will definitely be coming back.
