On Monday purchased a 12 piece bucket but got an 8 piece. Phoned to inform store of mistake but got only a busy signal. Tried for 45 minutes and still busy next day.food quality good but incorrect order. View all feedback.

I had a wonderful experience today with Shane and the manager she is always friendly excellent customer service goes far and beyond to Serve her customers. We're going out to this KFC to see Shannon... I would recommend this location to everyone and would like to nominate Shannon for employees of the month
Staff You have a mobile order after running the drive to check prices, and discover that what I wanted is not listed and comparable items cost more than on the KFC app. And please note that if you have a mobile order, you must go to the restaurant for pickup. It's strange that you can't pick up through the ride thru.
The chicken sandwiches were hot and fresh on the employee ran the drive thru and cooking at the same time. And even so it was very pleasant.
Chicken was very fresh. Service was great! Very clean inside.
