We also or... read more It was quite busy when we visited for a birthday party. I chose to try the salad bar, but unfortunately, it was out of items during both of my trips. We also ordered a few extra pizzas but only received one. On the bright side, they didn't rush us off the party table when our time was up. However, someone did walk away with the photo of my daughter and me. Despite these issues, my kids had a fantastic time; they got to keep their Chuck E. Cheese cups and won some prizes. They don't really care about the quality of the pizza, so I still consider the outing a success. If it's up to them, we will definitely return!

When I req... read more I would give this place half a star. After waiting 1.5 hours and asking three times for our pizzas (even though it wasn’t busy), we finally got them. When I requested a refund, I was denied. Avoid the Avon, IN location at all costs. The customer service was terrible. Scott, the manager, was far from friendly. Between $46 for two pizzas and four drinks and over $40 on gameplay bracelets, this place got me once, but it won’t happen again.

Cheese yesterday (Sunday) and ran into a few problems. The staff seemed inexperienced and unsure of their duties. We bought play cards for the kids, but they didn’t work at first, so we had to return to the counter twice to get them activated. I also had a coupon for free tickets to celebrate my son’s fourth birthday, but the employee didn’t know how to redeem it. Although we didn’t book a birthday party, there was one happening, and during the Chuck E. dance, the employees appeared unenthusiastic, which was disappointing given the high price of the party packages. On the bright side, the pizza was delicious as always, and the kids had fun with the games. I just expected a better overall experience.
