All staff has been incredibly friendly and welcoming to us and our little dog. The food was superb and so was the champagne. Highly recommend doing the tasting if it's offered, this is a rare opportunity to taste some of the absolute best champagne, while meeting the winemakers themselves. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is also great. Thank you for the most wonderful stay!

And the fact to be at the “chais” is obviously a big plus. The hotel is charming and comfortable. The real downside is the lack of staff “en salle” at the restaurant, there was only one (very nice waitress who had no time to help and advise with the huge champagne /wine list. When you have to decide between bottles north of 200 euros from the Jacque Selosse domaine or from many other domaines, some help would be welcome. Also, the bottles were not chilled enough to my taste (although I know some people like oxidized champagne close to room temperature… . I even saw some customers with their bottle on the table without a ice bucket. Please hire a sommelier.

My only issue is the wi-fi is not great, so be prepared for spotty wi-fi. The hotel is aware of this issue and let us know that they are actively trying to update the system. The staff are very friendly and we felt at home here.
