Absolutely incredible cannot recommend any more highly. Very popular, even on a Sunday evening, so make sure to book.
Maybe it doesn't seem necessary to eat Japanese while in France but this restaurant is just too tempting, even if it's just the interior. And they have lots of vegan and vegetarian options. They had a vegan lunch menu which made it easy to order. Menus for lunch are reasonably priced but it's still Japanese food so never cheap. Food was delicious and staff very helpful.
We really enjoyed a vegan dinner here got the vegan menus with vegan gyoza to start. There was a mango avocado roll wrapped in squash that was particularly tasty. The location on the terrace is great, too right in a square in front of the historic Order of White Penitents chapel, a lovely backdrop. Service was very quick as well; we sat down at 7:30 and had gotten our meal and were out by 8:15.
We tried this place as were looking for a Japanese place as we have been travelling through Provence. We ordered a mixture of sushi and skewers. The atmosphere was very quiet. It was the holidays and restaurant was packed. so had to wait for quite a bit for our food to arrive. We had finished our wine by then. Sushi and the skewers were good when they arrived but service was so so but may be they were short of staff on that night.
