I'd say that in US nomenclature they should be categorized as contemporary fusion. Inventive international cuisine with tapas ranging from seviche and guacamole to St. Marcelin roast with truffles and andouille sausages. Nothing is exceptional but everything is competently executed and taste as it should. Well deserves to be Gault and Millau restaurant. As extra bonus good inexpensive house rose wine which is actually AOC Cote du Gard. Priced midrange.
