C'est vrai, c'est une cantine, un Resto de midi.Mais c'est la première fois que je fais appeler le chef d'une cantine pour lui dire que c'est bon !Et la patronne m'a répondu très simplement que son chef arrive le matin à six heures, qu'il va acheter ses produits et qu'après il se met aux fourneaux et ceci explique cela.Le buffet d'entrées est bon et le plat est TRÈS bon.Lui, il est cuisiné sur place c'est sûr.Je le r...
