I really don 't know how Michelin stars are assigned. Three days ago we ate at the three-starred L’Assiette Champagnoise in Épernay and overall everything was better at La Mirande. A night in this hotel makes you forget the inconvenience ... A dream place next to the Palace of the Popes, a renovated decoration but inspired by the history of the place. The very friendly and professional welcome, impeccable service, excellent meals served in the room. A question or request is received with a smile and professionalism. Until the last moment with the visit of the kitchen in the basement and a car placed in front of the door at the agreed time. A little more: the Christmas market organized in the hotel. A relaxing stay and absolute pleasure. Thank you.
