Caribou Coffee

Very bad management, the General Manager at this location has a very bad attitude problem and very bad management practices!!! Tried to reach out to the district manager and never received a phone call or returned email. Very bad communication skills next, I will be contacting the news outlets about this entire situation. I do have my receipts on the way I was treated. Caribou Coffee Corporation should reach out to me. I know this isn't the way your company treats people who are in my situation!!Update it's been over a week, and still nothing from the owner or anyone from Caribou. I guess it's time for the next steps!!

Great service at the Cahill Boo in Inver Grove. So fast !!! Parking: Always easy to park but the drive up is rarely crowded. ?

Love my local Caribou… always excellent coffee and great service ?

Fast service and they don 't try and trick you to make you use your points on stupid upgrades

Worked in service industry for many years so I understand being short staffed in the business, but the lack of wanting to create a welcoming experience at this caribou is disappointing.
