Didnot operate in accordance with usual procedure. I told her what sandwich I wanted but she didnot even ask me what toppings I wanted. Before I knew what was happening, she had wrapped up the sandwich and was at the cash register. Shehad a smile on her face for sure, but I wasn't amused. Happened on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at around 1 PM. UPDATE on Sept 12,2022 Usually when I rarely post a 1 star review, someone inquires about the problem. But not so in this instance. So theowner doesn't care, is isn't disciplined enough to track customer feedback. ????

I ordere... read more I visited this restaurant one morning around 11:45 AM and had a disappointing experience. The Indian woman behind the counter was quite unprofessional. I ordered the veggie delight, which is meant to be meat-free, so she should have filled it with plenty of vegetables. Instead, she added very few, and I had to repeatedly ask her to add more. I won't be returning to this location and would suggest going to the nearby Subway instead. A month ago, when the manager was present, he was very professional and polite.

This is easily the best Subway in the country! They truly deliver on great service and food. Be sure to try the steak and cheese melt!
