This is literally the worst dunkin in the State of New Jersey. I don’t know who manages this one but they never have anything, even the new menu items they never have when I go in and want to try. My order is consistently wrong. Today they filled my coffee up with almost all milk and no coffee (probably because they were too lazy to make more) . My coffee literally looked white! I’m done going here. They’ve ruined my morning for the last time.
The restaurant has a slow service, and I typically place my orders over the phone. However, their menu is quite limited, and they frequently make mistakes with my orders. Just yesterday, I used their mobile ordering system to request five hash browns, a bagel with cream cheese on the side, and some munchkins. When I arrived home, I discovered that they had spread the cream cheese directly on the bagel instead of serving it on the side, and they completely forgot the munchkins. When I called to address the issue, the person who answered was rude and insisted that the munchkins were included. I tried to explain that I only received one bag from their staff, but she abruptly hung up on me.
