This is one of the great pastry shops of the world, run by the Vecchione family. Carmen is acknowledged as one of the great pastry chefs of the world so dont go if you are on diet. they have three cakes in the Gambero Rosso so just imagine a vast array of the most beautiful pastry, cakes and panettone you have ever seen. All made by hand in the laboratory across the road. and the coffee and drink selection is superb.... View all feedback.
