I think another reviewer said they'd eat here every day... read more This cafe popped up in Google maps while we were planning a day trip to Aveiro and it was a great find. I think another reviewer said they'd eat here every day if they lived in Aveiro and I definitely would too. The food, the service and atmosphere were great. The vegan quiche was delicious, and the salad ingredients were super fresh with lots of choices. We also couldn't resist the beautiful desserts which were as good as they looked. The portions are very generous and the prices are very reasonable. The owner is friendly and helpful and speaks English. We will definitely be back on our next visit to the city. Highly recommend.

And doesn’t break the bank! However it is a bit confusing to navigate you order at the counter (they have menus at the counter). Then you get a buzzer and sit down and collect your tray of food when it goes off. You need to put your tray into the kitchen area when finished or the tray shelf, there’s no signage so just ask

One main dish is always lacto/ovo vegetarian, but can be adapted to vegan (just need to ask the staff, they're very helpful). Desserts are amazing too! Almost always vegan options are available.
