I recently arrived in Dakar and have tried lunch at several different places. Kōtao is definitely my top choice for breakfast or lunch. The service is consistently friendly and quick, the food is delicious and fresh, and the atmosphere is fantastic. If I could rate this place, I would give it an 11 out of 10. View all feedback.
