We took a day trip to Santa Catalina and a short taxi ride brought us to the restaurant. We chose to dine outside on a beautiful evening, and it was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the service was quick. The staff was attentive and always ready to assist our table. We all agreed that we would definitely come back again.
When my companion asked the hostess about the duck special, she made a face and replied with "interesting," which should have been our warning. The meal was so unsatisfactory that my partner sent his back without eating it, and I was left with my tagine dish with shrimp, which I had expected to be spicy and flavorful. Instead, it was bland and lacked any taste. Their wine list was quite limited, and the bottle we chose was underwhelming; we ended up leaving more than half of it untouched on the table. Overall, we would definitely not choose to return to this restaurant.
Eating is boring. I had the duck breast that tasted gravy as if it came from a dose and tasted like brown dose engraving. in any case was not escaped or other identifiable creature. I was very disappointed at eating. the service was friendly, the atmosphere was more like a cafeteria than a beautiful restaurant. I don't understand why someone rave over this place. it was far too expensive, I suggest to avoid many much better places close to the beach.
