Amazing food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere makes this our favorite restaurant on the 7 mile island.

Both the flounder Francaise... read more I had another excellent dinner at Il Posto. The shrimp bisque was fantastic, loaded with shrimp and creamy without being too heavy. Both the flounder Francaise and the ravioli special were delightful—full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The crème brûlée was as delicious as ever. The service was great as well. My only suggestion would be to dim the lighting a bit in the dining room near the exit, as it feels a bit too bright.

I'm not sure if the chef is experienced with seafood, though.
