If you engage with them, they are usually happy to chat. The restaurant features self-order stations, and you can also place orders via the app. Your order number is displayed on a screen, allowing you to track its progress. The food consistently meets McDonald's standards, but I recently noticed that their frozen Coke seems to be more frozen air than actual Coke, which was quite disappointing. This is one of my nephew's favorite spots for breakfast, and we always feel at ease when dining there. My father stops by for his morning coffee every day, and he has never been let down by the quality. Since the heavy COVID period, they have had some staffing challenges, but it hasn’t noticeably impacted the service.

However, I've encountered an issue: when the app doesn't function properly, it creates frustration. If curbside service isn't available and I'm told I need to come inside, it defeats the purpose of using the app in the first place. The whole point of using it is to have them bring my order to me!
