In addition to the great food, they also have a charming fruit market, a quaint knickknack shop, and free wifi.

Excellent little fruit stand and restaurant that is well located for all activities in the La Fortuna area. Family run and friendly. The quesadillas were made... read more We stopped at this restaurant on our way to Proyecto Asis and it was fantastic. The smashed plantains with black beans were delicious. The quesadillas were made with fresh corn tortillas right in front of us. They also had a nice selection of fruit and souvenirs. Highly recommend!

If you go to Project Asis, it's on the way. Try the casado with fish. It was delicious. (Casado is a Costa Rican meal using rice, black beans, plantains, salad, with chicken, beef, pork or fish.
