The aperigum is an elegant, delicate, fragrant plant like the cuisine of the eponymous place. The Mâitre-Cuisinier is exceptional. the room, the service, the kitchen are refined, as in rare places, as in a starry place. It's a good thing, is it! We went there for lunch. "entrance, dish, dessert or cheese" formula at 32€. (33€ from 01/09) everything was perfect. each dish was delicious, aesthetic. Nice team in the room. Go! it is one of the best (see best) addresses to aurera. therefore it is highly recommended to book.

I don't think such an inspired chef is able to open the door to his guests at the time of departure! Are you serious? We spent an exceptional moment that erased our best memory in the genre (the yamashita farm in the Yvelines).Bravo chef and bravo to your entire team for this without fault to the top!

We ate very well from the beginning to the end of the meal, everything is very good and fine. We took the wines that were offered to the dishes, it was perfect! just a little more wine in the glasses would have been a more to recommend!
