It is a place where everything is exceptionally consistent: the service is extremely professional and friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful, and above all, the food is exquisite. As an appetizer, we were served salmorejo with watermelon, which was honestly the best salmorejo I've ever tasted. For the starter I chose the salmon which was deliciously balanced in flavours, and for the main course the short ribs served with spicy rice, everything turned out absolutely delicious, a real feast for the palate. This is one of those places with a soul, where you can see the passion and dedication in every detail. I wanted to thank you for letting us in with our little dog.
