Delicious authentic Ethiopian food! We made a booking recently and were pleasantly surprised with just how good the service was, so many food options and an excellent choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and can't wait to come back again.

**Atmosphere: 7/10** The girls were heading to a show at the Theby Theatre starting at 7 PM, so we needed an early meal. Surprisingly, the restaurant was almost empty, but the warmth of the place was welcoming and comforting. Eating Ethiopian food with your hands fosters a genuine sense of communal dining. Don't hesitate to ask about the local dining customs; they take great pride in their culture. (By the way, the show was rather forgettable.) **Wine List: 3/10** Oh dear! It's best to bring your own (BYO) unless you’re a fan of authentic African beer. They do have some interesting African wines that I was eager to try (having spent about 40 years in the fine wine and food industries), but my friends weren't interested. I'll sample some next time with my partner. I gave an extra point for the authentic African products, though. **Service: 8.5/10** The service was casual, relaxed, and welcoming, which set the perfect mood for our meal. The gentleman who greeted and seated us was enthusiastic and patient, explaining the unfamiliar dishes with joy. Then there was our waitress, a stunningly beautiful African woman who could easily grace the catwalks of Milan without realizing it, and she had a wonderfully warm personality to match. All of this made for a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. **Cuisine: 6.5/10** I tend to be the toughest critic in this category, so a 6.5 is quite respectable. There are flavors and textures here that might be unfamiliar, but they are deeply complex and intriguing, leaving you eager for the next bite. It truly was a noteworthy experience. **Value for Money: 8/10** The prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and the flavors are fantastic. **Overall Impression:** Would I return? I already have! **Total Score: 33/50**

Awesome Cuisine. Simply amazing. Great flavours. Unique yet familiar. The mystery bread is an outrage! :-D

Its different!. Strange host who was attentive one minute and awol the next. lol. The world cup was on at the time and there was cheering and noise coming from the kitchen so Im guessing hes a soccer fan.We had the platter for 2 which seemed to not be much for 2 people but in the end we were full and still had some of the very strange bread left. Its like a cross between a pancake and a crumpet and has a lemony tang to it.We finished with very strong coffee served in a fantastic little pot. A good experience, im not sure I would go again, I think its a been there done that kind of place but having said that I have purchased a voucher to send my parents there as a surprise so they can see what its like.
