What Michael N doesn't like about Xian Sushi Noodle:
The food was lackluster, the ambiance was alright, and the service was just ok. For the amount of hype, the spicy salmon and tuna rolls were disappointing and about average for what I'd expect in Texas. The spicy lobster dumplings were unique but not incredibly memorable. Service was amazing, but food was honestly only average. We ordered the spicy salmon roll- which was good! However, the noodle dishes didn't meet my expectations. We were excited to get hand-pulled noodles and ordered the Xian and Dan Dan noodles.
