I was asked to wa... read more The restaurant struggles to handle simple orders promptly. I placed my order online an hour before pickup, but it wasn’t ready when I arrived. I was asked to wait an additional five minutes, but I ultimately couldn’t wait for 20 minutes. I hope management pays attention to this franchise and addresses these issues.
