What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
It took over 30 minutes to receive my burger, and I noticed several other customers had the same issue. It seems the staff prioritized online orders over in-person dining, which isn’t ideal. The manager doesn’t appear to have a good grasp on how to manage priorities effectively. I would rate this experience zero stars if possible; unfortunately, I have to give it one. View all feedback.
I arrived at 12:30, and the drive-thru was quite busy while the inside was also crowded. However, they took my order quickly, and the staff was friendly and polite. My food came out promptly. I ordered my usual triple meat without the bun, grilled onions, and onion rings instead of fries. Everything was correct, and the food tasted fantastic. I would definitely come back to this location.
I understand that many restaurants are facing staffing shortages these days, and that new hires can make it challenging to keep up during peak hours. However, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. We ordered for Dine In but received a To Go bag, and out of the roughly ten groups that went through after us, two had incorrect orders. While this wasn't a major issue and was resolved, I believe the underlying problem might be with management. It's quite uncomfortable to sit and eat while hearing someone shout orders and express frustration about communication in an irritated tone. Who would feel motivated to communicate effectively in that environment? Overall, the experience was decent, but I can see a high turnover rate if that kind of behavior continues. At least the holiday displays were impressive!
The staff here is fantastic. They stay calm even when things get hectic and consistently provide excellent customer service, no matter how long the line is! They really strive for accuracy in their orders. I've found that I have fewer issues with order accuracy here compared to other nearby places.
I had the number two double meat and cheese with onion rings and large coke zero. I like the whataburger on MO PAC
The most great burger that I ever had. As long you're in Texas, WHATABURGER is your best place for a very tasty bite. The staff was very nice and humble and understood my order clearly. The food is amazing and always above and beyond
