The manager, Amanda, was incredibly pleasant and clearly cares about her work and the quality of service here. I’ve never received my food so quickly at a Whataburger! Since we just moved to the neighborhood, we’ll definitely be coming back to this location regularly. My wife wants me to mention that the Hashbrown Sticks are the most underrated breakfast item on the menu—a must-try! As an update, I stopped by the restroom on my way out, and it was very clean. Amanda, how do you manage to run this Whataburger so well? You deserve a promotion! Please let your team know that this was the best Whataburger experience I’ve had in years.

I typically go there about three times a week because it's convenient for my job, but this visit didn't meet my expectations. The taquito was below par; the tortilla wasn't crispy, and when I opened it, I discovered mostly dried sausage with hardly any egg. To top it off, it had a terrible smell.

The patty melt didn't measure up to those from other Whataburgers I've visited, and to make matters worse, the fries were cold. If a mistake occurs, at the very least, the fries should be served hot.

When I arrived, there was only one car ahead of me, but it still took a long time to get someone to take my order. I asked for a chicken salad with no bacon and a sweet tea. After paying, I pulled up to park behind the other car waiting. After 13 minutes, an employee came out asking for my receipt because they apparently lost my order. I reminded them no bacon. Meanwhile, the person who ordered after me already got their food. After waiting a total of 15 minutes, I finally received my salad — covered in bacon. If I hadn’t been so hungry, I would have returned it, but I didn’t. Just a word of warning: this kitchen is always chaotic no matter what time you go. You’ll get your food faster if you head to the next Whataburger instead.

Also, they lock the doors 10 minutes before closing, even if you want to take your food to go. Some employees are very friendly, but others seem uninterested in their work and customers. I’ve been coming here for over ten years, and it used to be more reliable. Now, it’s just an okay choice when you’re in a rush or it’s late. Edit: I wrote this while waiting in line and should have waited until after. I stood in line for over an hour with only four cars ahead, only to get a burger and fries that were barely warm.
