I bought my car here over a year ago, and it was a good experience. I got my quick service on my car today and it was nice. There was water in the waiting area and lots of places to sit while you wait. I got seen very quickly especially considering that there were probably 10 people there for service too!
I enjoy Whataburger, however it takes a long time to get through the to-go Windows service. They do an excellent job however there's just so much business that the whole process is slow. The hamburgers are quite good though
I just moved back to Texas and I've missed Whataburger so much! My burger was even better than I remembered, and the service at this location was excellent.
This has been my best experience at Whataburger so far. The food was absolutely delicious. I usually don't have much good to say about restaurants, and I rarely give a perfect 5-star rating. Keep up the great work!
I arrived at the restaurant at 11:09 p.m. on September 9, 2022, to place a takeout order, but was informed that they were not serving customers inside due to low staffing. I was directed to use the drive-thru instead. As I walked back to my car, I noticed two other cars pull in, and I saw the same staff member who had just turned me away taking their orders. This made me quite upset, so I stayed nearby to confirm that they weren’t simply picking up an order; they were indeed being treated like regular customers. It was disheartening to witness that staff member, or whoever was in charge that night, not following proper protocol.
