I loved the old structure eating was freezing and when I went to change to go, I was told I had to buy something again. And then the acting manager said a few words about my face. Not very professional. Food: 2/5
WHATABURGER WAS OOOOKK, THE BURGER WAS TOO DRY. I knew that I knew about my COOKING EXPERIENCE IN FAST FOOD that a COOK that it is so that SPATULA toO MUCH WILL DRY OUT the PATTY. I just want to use the SPATULA to NOT lock the PATTY to leave the city. MOISTURE is what the PATTY-DIE COOKEN, NOT PUBLIC OR SQUEEZING MOISTURE OUT of the PATTY. There are only 4 MINUTS that have only 5 MINUTS over the other SIDE PLACE PATTY on the BUN.
Worst location ever. I literally walked inside and placed my order at 5:57pm. Another customer placed her order right before me. 5 ppl that came in AFTER us were served their food before we were they were prioritizing the drive-thru over the order placed in lobby. Around 6:15pm I asked for a refund. This location was literally over staffed and employees were moving slow and doing the bare minimum. It should not take 15 minutes for them to start making your order! Absolutely ridiculous!
Absolutely delicious, as always! I'm so disappointed that the avocado bacon burger is no longer on the menu.
Drive thru is among the slowest but polite… but I go thru this frustration to get the best burger in Texas… My in-laws from Mexico say that it is the best they ever had… My cousins from Tennessee also say the same
