### Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences

Expectations may run high at this popular fast-food spot, but recent visits reveal notable shortcomings. Patrons face lengthy drive-thru waits, often exceeding an hour, with food frequently arriving cold. Morning visits may disappoint, as coffee isn't available, leading some to leave empty-handed. Moreover, attempts to cater to health-conscious diners have altered the once-beloved burger recipe, resulting in drier, less flavorful offerings. However, amidst the disappointments, moments of culinary delight shine through, particularly with the standout spicy ketchup that some customers rave about, hinting at the potential for improvement if these issues are addressed.

This location always seems to have slow service. Even McDonald's is quicker. I don't understand the purpose of having a second lane if it's not being utilized. Having worked at Whataburger before, I can confidently say this is the worst location I've encountered. If you're planning to eat here, be prepared for a wait of around 30 minutes.

Whataburger is no longer what it used to be. They've changed the burger to cater to health-conscious customers. In their effort to save 100-200 calories, they've removed all the juicy fat from the burger, resulting in a dry and flavorless experience. They've also discontinued the use of miracle whip on the bottom bun. Having been around for a long time, I remember the original burger recipe well.

I've never had anything like it before, but I can't wait to have it again. Normally, I'm not a fan of ketchup, but the spicy ketchup was incredible—I even brought some home with me!

My experience was extremely disappointing. I saw roaches crawling around the restaurant while I was eating in the lobby. The employees and manager were very unprofessional and rude. This location clearly needs new management, as issues like this keep happening despite it being close to my home. This behavior is very disrespectful to the Whataburger brand.

This location is consistently slow. Even McDonald's is faster. What's the point of having a lane B if it's not being used? Having worked at Whataburger before, I can say this is the worst location. If you plan to eat here, expect a 30-minute wait.
