Description

**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag at Whataburger**

Whataburger delivers a mixed dining experience that might leave patrons with differing impressions. Guests rave about the tasty burgers and fair prices, noting efficient service and fresh food. However, several diners highlighted inconsistencies in management and service quality, citing issues like unclean facilities and long waits for attention, even during slow periods. While some staff members shine with their friendly and attentive nature, others fall short of expectations, impacting the overall vibe. A renovation could improve the ambiance, but loyal customers still find value in the flavors of this fast-food staple.

The customer service was good, my burger was made right but the fries seemed like they were refried and the bathroom smelled like pee and it felt really dirty in there.

Pretty good burgers for fast foodThe price is average $4-6 per burgerI bought 2 double burgersOnion rings, fries and small cokePaid $23Order was ready in 5 minWhen I got home it still was warm and fries crispyI wife say is ok quality for fast food placeI would eat there againThank you

Very friendly and accurate service. Despite the late hour and super busy drive thru, the lady taking the order patiently and professionally walked me thru my order and revealed items I wanted but forgot to change. Outstanding service and food quality.

The staff is quite rude and often displays an unpleasant demeanor. The service is consistently slow, and the food is not served hot.

Whataburger is a great restaurant overall, but this particular location doesn't meet expectations. Given its excellent spot and diverse customer base, it could easily rank among the top five highest-grossing establishments in the country. Unfortunately, it seems like they take their customers for granted, thinking that college students will keep coming regardless of the service quality. This attitude shows a lack of respect for both their clientele and their brand. The food is often not ready on time, and the service could be significantly improved. If you're in West Campus, I recommend seeking out better dining options. For example, Dirty Martins across the street is a cherished Austin favorite that treats its customers with the respect they deserve.
