Given its excellent spot and diverse customer base, it could easily rank among the top five highest-grossing establishments in the country. Unfortunately, it seems like they take their customers for granted, thinking that college students will keep coming regardless of the service quality. This attitude shows a lack of respect for both their clientele and their brand. The food is often not ready on time, and the service could be significantly improved. If you're in West Campus, I recommend seeking out better dining options. For example, Dirty Martins across the street is a cherished Austin favorite that treats its customers with the respect they deserve.
