Whataburger - Austin
Whataburger
Description
At this Whataburger location, experiences have been notably inconsistent, reflecting a mix of commendable service and significant operational challenges. While some patrons appreciate the delightful flavors of certain menu items, like the sweet and spicy bacon burger, others express dissatisfaction with food quality and order accuracy. Long wait times are common, with frustrations over staffing issues and drive-thru inefficiencies. Despite the hurdles, a few employees shine, providing exceptional service that stands out amid chaos. Overall, while there are glimpses of potential, many diners leave hoping for improvements in cleanliness, efficiency, and overall dining experience.

I haven't ordered from this restaurant in a long time. I have to say, the onion rings seem to be artificially made. Instead of real onion slices that hold together, these fell apart easily. I'm trying to cut down on fast food, so goodbye, Whataburger!
The service was great, they are always very busy proud of the young high school students giving it their best to keep up...for the man who is complaining about the bathroom..shouldn't employees get a bathroom break, they stand all day flipping burgers, taking orders and dealing with customers like you.. Thank you Whaterburger employees for doing your best!
Came in for a quick bite around 12:30pm on a Saturday. I had to use the restroom before I left and wasn’t able to because an employee was using the toilet as his own office to make calls and watch funny video clips it seems.
Better this week, never get rewarded fries. Food tasted better. Employees more attentive
So far we’ve been here in Austin two years and they have messed up our order three times. I know that they’re super busy in the back. The one thing I can say is that my food comes to me hot and fresh even when it’s the wrong order so that’s the only thing they need to get straight. Make sure that whoever is ordering whatever they’re ordering everything comes the right way because gas is too expensive to be driving back when you’re halfway home.
