I am very pati... read more I'll wait for my order over an hour. No, I'm not exaggerating. I placed my order at 11:04 and finally gave up at 12:27 and went out of the store. I am very patient because I know that fast food can be hard and I have been there, but they just ignored me, although I really tried to be nice. I guess I'll try to get a refund of customer service.

Never satisfactorily... the NUR employee who didn't look at me directly and the other guests standing in the line were the manager who worked this night and he ran around everywhere and tried to lift all the other slack who pretended they couldn't see or hear me at all. The whole lobby was disgustingly dirty. Trash and old food all over the ground from the main doors over the entire room. And NOBODY even tried to clean up everything. No wizards, no sweep or mopping, NOTE! Take care of yourself. I have certainly tried to give this place several chances, at all different times of the day night, to try a little, there is a chance to be just the employees at certain layers, or the times of the day, but no.it is literally all about this Whataburger who has forced me to give it such a terrible review... bc is unfortunately a terrible location and also a terrible restaurant with even more terrible service. BUT!!! I DID however very enjoy a few bites from my friend sweet and spicy bcon burgers he ordered. THAT Burger was delicious in taste, but most cold otherwise, and it was still a little too pink in the middle of the meat patty.. The large white chocolate rasberry shakes were also good and were made right. I really hope that I see some improvements in the future for this place, but I don't think my breath is longer than I already have. The fingers are crossed.

Instead of real onion slices that hold together, these fell apart easily. I'm trying to cut down on fast food, so goodbye, Whataburger!
